A couple from Herzliya, in their 40s with three young children, turned to the office of the architect Ron Spiegel even before choosing the final house. They found the perfect property for them - a private house about 25 years old, located on a plot of land of about 300 square meters in the heart of one of the best and well-kept neighborhoods in the city.
One of the most prominent challenges in the planning process was the connection between the different wings on the ground floor, in the center of which stood a staircase that had not yet been renovated.
