The investor INM from Ingolstadt is planning 24 residential units in the “Living South of Lower Main Street’ area in Bockhorn. The area is adjacent to the Edeka supermarket, which is also being built, opposite the construction yard and fire department.
A residential street will run through the area from north to south, at the end of which there will be a turning hammer of the usual diameter. The maximum ridge height for the three-story terraced houses is ten meters and nine meters for semi-detached and single-family houses.
