The Deutschlandticket (or D-Ticket) is finally renewed this year, the transport ministers of the German Länder (regions) confirmed this week. Without obligation, the ticket can be purchased online, at ticket counters or at Deutsche Bahn distributors and can be terminated monthly.

In France, the government is considering launching a “rail pass” allowing you to travel at will on the TER and Intercités for, again, €49 per month. The project could nevertheless be put on hold following the departure of the Minister Delegate in charge of Transport, Clément Beaune.
