Thousands of patients expected every year: a mental health center is being built in the south of Munich. The Kbo expects 5,000 outpatients per year.
Up to 250 adults and at least as many minors are to be treated there as part-time inpatients each year. The facade will be made of renewable material, the roof will be equipped with a photovoltaic system and extensively greened. The entire building will be heated with pellets. A patient garden is planned outside, and an underground car park with 13 parking spaces is intended to relieve the parking situation.
