A new court date has been set for the end of May. The hearing at the Ebersberg district court began strangely: a man with a letter of summons in his hand entered the courtroom and sat down on the chair where the defendant usually sits. Judge Benjamin Lenhart quickly noticed that the wrong person was sitting there. With the help of an interpreter, it became clear that the Arabic-speaking man was the possible victim of an assault.
