The Amper shopping center (AEZ) on Heimstättenstrasse is to be demolished and rebuilt. The new building will have three floors.

The ground floor will be built in solid construction, the two upper floors in wooden construction. The building is stepped towards Jägerstrasse and the roof is covered with greenery. This is intended to prevent residents from having to look at a high wall. The gas station in the north of the current AEZ will make way for the larger new building.
