Gauting and Clermont l'Hérault celebrate 50 years of friendship in 2023. Gauting was the first French partner community to be a pioneer in the Starnberg district.
Despite doubled expenditure of 15,200 euros for the anniversary celebrations, the association, which currently has 111 members, still has a “slight surplus” of 2,500 euros in its treasury. The association is currently organizing virtual meetings for young people from Patchway, Clermons and Gauted.
