Torture in prison: Antigone and the Guarantors, us as civil parties. The preliminary hearing in court in Reggio Emilia for ten penitentiary police officers accused of torture, injury and forgery has been postponed to 8 April.
The prisoner, victim of the beating on 3 April 2023, has filed a civil action and the request to appear was also made by the regional and national guarantors of the prisoners. The victim's lawyer also requested that the Ministry of Justice be summoned as civilly liable.
