Trapper Shiva accused of attempted murder goes to trial. Shiva, according to the defense, "did nothing but defend himself from the violent attacks" The 24-year-old is also under investigation by the Ascoli Piceno Prosecutor's Office, together with five other young people, for a brawl that broke out in San Benedetto del Tronto on the night of August 30th.
The hearing, without a preliminary hearing, will begin on 17 April in front of the eighth criminal court in Milan.
