Rosalía Soledad Paniagua is the main accused of the murder of Roberto Wolfenson. Her house was raided and she had a speaker that was recognized by the widow as her own.
Wolfenson died of asphyxiation between February 22 and 23 in his house in the country La Delfina, in Derqui, Pilar. He was lying in a pool of blood and his hands had defensive injuries, as well as hair and bruises on his face that showed a "clear crime scene"
