Two days after the fire at the Edesur substation, more than 6,000 users are still without electricity and there were protests in Caballito. Neighbors complained on Directorio and Viel avenues to have their electrical service restored.
The company hopes to be authorized to enter to repair the facilities. There are still problems with water pressure in Flores and Floresta. The National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENRE) stated that it was caused by a crew that was carrying out scheduled tasks at the site and that during those works "the human presence forces the fire system to be disconnected"
