Two people stabbed in Hamburg – one dead. One man apparently killed by multiple stab wounds – police can arrest possible perpetrator.
Man whose pants were smeared with blood was arrested on site. His hands were wrapped in paper bags so as not to cover up any possible traces. In both cases the investigations are still ongoing.
