Two serious accidents on the A 8: Polo overturns - rear-end collision caused by onlookers. Two people were moderately injured in the accidents, one of whom was flown to a hospital in a rescue helicopter.
All vehicles involved were no longer drivable and had to be towed away. The right lane and the hard shoulder were reopened around 2:30 p.m. All lanes were passable again around 3:30pm. The Feldgeding, Dachau, Sulzemoos and Odelzhausen fire departments were on duty during the accidents.
