A 17-year-old resident of Beit Shemesh is accused of committing sexual offenses. Indictment says the boy sodomized a toddler and indecent acts on a boy, 9, two years ago.
The boy is also accused of offering 10 shekels in exchange for sexual contact. The State Attorney's Office asks the court to order the defendant's detention until the end of the legal proceedings against him. The toddler's relative is under house arrest and a decision on his case is expected in the coming days.
