The Nanterre court sentenced a 19-year-old rioter to two years in prison and released two other defendants accused of having set fire to the Asnières court. The young adult received five years of imprisonment, three of which were suspended on probation with the obligation to work and complete a citizenship course.

His two co-defendants, both aged 20, were released. The three young men have a more or less extensive criminal record, in particular for possession and acquisition of drugs or for violence against a person holding public authority.
