The Football Federation of Iraq issued a statement on Saturday on the events that transpired in the concentration of the selection of that country in a hotel in La Plata. A complaint was never filed by the employee who would have suffered abuse by a footballer.
The Iraqi youth is staying at the Dazzler Hotel, located in the geographical center of the Buenos Aires capital and trained on some occasions in the property that Estudiantes owns in City Bell. The Federation urged Arab supporters and media "to stand up and support the team, and boost the morale of the players to present themselves in the best way"
