Ukrainian and Russian newlyweds in Rimini, 'love is stronger than war' - News.com.au. Eduard Povkh, a Ukrainian entrepreneur, and Tatiana Vaktherova, a Russian teacher, got married a few days ago in the town hall of Montescudo-Montecolombo.
They met in 2020 after the first lockdown and have never left each other since then, not even after the outbreak of war between their countries of origin: Russia and Ukraine.
