Uma's parents led a balloon release to pay tribute to her and ask for justice: "There cannot be more families who experience this". The congregation took place this Monday at the Mario Madeddu Institute in Villa Centenario.

The initiative came from Uma's own former classmates, who this year had to start fourth grade of primary school. After the release of white balloons, the mother of the murdered girl took the microphone and expressed: " I want to remember Uma with her beautiful smile"
