[HIGHLIGHTS] Unemployed people at the end of their rights will no longer have a specific allowance, replaced by the RSA

Prime Minister Gabriel Attal announces the end of the solidarity allowance. The allowance allowed people to contribute towards their retirement.

The RSA does not allow quarters of retirement to be validated. The generalization of conditioning the RSA at 15 hours of activity per week will begin in 2025, the PM said in a general policy speech to the National Assembly. He also announced the generalization to all departments by the beginning of 2025 of the conditioning of the RSA to 15 hours a week, for integration with the rest of the country.
