Unemployment numbers are rising: three out of a hundred in the Miesbach district are without a job. At 57.6 percent, the majority of the unemployed are male.
18.7 percent of those registered are long-term unemployed, 7.2 percent of the total are severely disabled people. The proportion of foreigners among the unemployed was 31.6% in January. There is still no shortage of opportunities to find work. With 4,550 registered positions across the entire area, there are many offers even compared to previous years.
