In recent months several car manufacturers, not only Asian, have spoken to our ministry about the possibility of realizing their production investments. This was said by the Minister of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso.
Urso: "We will announce once things are done, just as happened with microelectronics, when everyone said we were behind, the same will happen with the car system." The event was held at the Villa della Cancelleria in Rome, in the south of the country. It was attended by the Prime Minister of Italy, Matteo Renzi, as well as business leaders from around the world, including Chery's chief executive officer, Zhang Yimou.
