Two guards had filed a complaint against the head of detention at Osny prison (Val-d'Oise) Astrid P. was sentenced on Wednesday to one year in prison suspended and 3 years of ineligibility for moral harassment.
When the court's decision was announced, Maya D., one of the victims, burst into tears. "It shows colleagues who suffer this in their workplace that they must not let go of anything and keep all the evidence," says the prison guard.
