Jean-Paul Valleton, husband and deputy of Villepinte Mayor Martine Valleton has died. The 77-year-old elected representative was responsible for the automobile fleet, the municipal garage, civil status, general affairs and elections.
He died during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, “after a long fight against illness,” says a press release from the mayor. He had not attended municipal council meetings for several years and his health problems were known to everyone in the town.
