The 48-year-old man was accused of threatening to kill journalist Nelson Castro and the TN team during their coverage of the drug conflict in the city. The judge also ordered that the accused must sign in at the Judicial Management Office (OGJ) once a week, in addition to undergoing psychiatric treatment.

“The person confessed to having threatened me. He is an absolutely imputable person, who is in control of his mental faculties,” Castro said on Radio Rivadavia.
