The use of Article 40, allowing to declare the bill of the Liot group inadmissible, is envisaged by the government. The issue is to be debated on Tuesday morning at a joint meeting of the three majority groups (Renaissance, MoDem, Horizons) The strategy of obstruction, via the tabling of bundles of amendments to gain time, has already been dismissed by their bosses last week.
The vote on the text should be held on 8th June next in the Hemicycle during the "reserved day"
