Waakirchen municipality presents plans for town hall – additional construction required. Around 600 square meters of usable space would be available across both buildings.
In the old building, the attic will remain initially rented out; the passport office and mayor's office will be on the ground floor, with additional administration rooms on the floor above. The new building will have a separate entrance to the north, which can be accessed from the new parking lot. A glass bridge then connects the old and new buildings.
