IAEA chief Rafael Grossi will meet with Vladimir Putin to talk about the "precarious" situation of the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant. Grossi last met with Putin in St.
Petersburg in October 2022 to discuss the safety of the plant, amid the conflict in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the Russian offensive in Ukraine, Grossi has warned on several occasions about the risk of a serious nuclear accident. Ukraine has a total of 15 reactors, spread across four sites.
