Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrives this Friday, February 16 in Paris to sign, at the Élysée, a bilateral security agreement. Initially, it was planned that it would be Emmanuel Macron who would go to kyiv, with the period of mid-February being considered.
Trip finally postponed but still on the program, according to theÉlysée which does not give further details. Moscow's allegations according to which security issues in a country at war are the cause of this postponement.
