Warmest March since measurements began in Bavaria – Munich breaks temperature record. First day of summer at the weekend: Munich hits the 25 degree mark.
Maximums of 27 degrees are also expected to be reached in Nuremberg on both days, and even 29 degrees in Regensburg. All of this with a mix of sun and clouds. In Bavaria the sun shone for a total of 132 hours, which is above the reference value of 119 hours. In comparison to the later and warmer comparison period of the years 1991 to 2020 the increase was 2.9 degrees.
