The tone of international relations has changed. There is more confrontation, more strategic competition and more fear.

In all poles of power we are seeing pure involution. If we look at Russia, Putinism will last there at least until 2030. Like Putin, Xi Jinping prefers a multipolar world in which it is not the United States that sets the pace, but rather each civilization sets its own rules. The fact that there are countries rowing against multilateral agreements, violating international law and degrading institutions is not free.
