Météo France places three departments on orange snow-ice alert for the day of Wednesday March 27. Snow will fall at low altitude, “from 400 meters”, tonight and Wednesday morning.

According to estimates, flakes will fall for up to nine hours. Haute-Loire will be “particularly” concerned. 10 cm of snow in Puy-en-Velay and 20 centimeters on the plateaus at 1000 meters altitude. Only the Brivadois should be spared.
