The chefs of Gabriel, in Paris, and La Table du Castellet, in the Var, were recognized by the Red Guide this Monday in Tours. The name of the first, Jérôme Banctel, who officiates at the Gabriel, has been running for several years already among the serious contenders for consecration.

That of Fabien Ferré, who only took the reins of castellet (Var) last year, comes as a surprise. If in 2023, only Alexandre Couillon of La Marine, in Noirmoutier, left with the three stars, two chefs won the Grail this Monday.
