Émilien le Vendéen, 21, will participate in his two hundredth show on Friday, April 12. The history student could overtake the best player on the TF1 game show, Bruno Hourcade.

Despite his success, Émilien remains humble and does not seem to be affected by the records he could break. “I have no desire to overtake anyone. There is no competition between us,” he assures, before indicating that he only cares about his own journey. The young man owes this success in part to his family. His grandmother Yvonne was the one who convinced him to apply again for “Les deux coups de midi”, a show of which she is a fan. The second in this ranking, Éric, had amassed 921,316 euros in 199 participations. The number one remains Bruno Hourcade, nicknamed “Fifou Dingo’, who managed to win €1,026,107 during 252 participations, between January and October 2021.
