The International Court of Justice discussed a Palestinian petition against the legality of Israeli control over the territories of Judea and Samaria. Israel decided not to send a representative on its behalf to the court - thus it expresses complete disregard for the discussion.
The discussion was opened by a statement by the Palestinian Authority's Foreign Minister Riyad al-Malki. "Palestinians are being killed and discriminated against at this very moment," claimed the minister. "Palestine is not a land without people," he added.
