Worrying job study: Millions of people in Germany have already given notice. According to the new survey, employees in Germany are increasingly willing to change jobs.
Only around 53 percent of those surveyed completely agreed with the statement that they intended to still be employed by the same company in a year. In 2018, this proportion was around 78 percent, and it has been falling continuously since then. Extrapolated to employees aged 18 and over in Germany, that's 7.3 million employees who had internally quit.
