A hearing was held in the Tel Aviv District Court regarding a request to amend the statement of claim submitted by the relatives of the singer Amir Perisher Gutman. New evidence that came to them, including recordings of employees at the hospital - as published in Walla!.
The relatives believe that this evidence proves that those involved in the hospital worked to cover up the mistake and hid from Prischer Gutman medical information and the results of significant medical tests - so that he would not be made aware of the grave mistake they had made. Both sides expressed their position on the issue, which has not yet been decided by the court.
