Ben Shahr ends his contract at Maccabi Haifa after two years. The striker said goodbye on Saturday evening in an Instagram post.
Shahr admitted a "feeling of missing out": "Sometimes it's hard to accept it or understand the decisions" The 33-year-old striker was sidelined with a foot injury for a whole year last season. The hunger and desire to show myself soon on the pitch is greater than ever, Shahr said in the post. He thanked the fans for their support during the injury.
