The Premier League season comes to an end on Sunday. Two of the three teams in the top flight will be relegated.
The winner will be the winner of the play-off between West Ham and Tottenham. The other two will be decided by goal difference, with West Ham ahead of Tottenham on goal difference. The loser will be bottom of the table, with Manchester United ahead of Southampton. The winners will be crowned champions of the Premier League for the second time in three years, after the 2013/14 season.
