IFAB planned to launch a blue card that would allow players to be sent off for a period of ten minutes. The announcement was supposed to come today (Friday), but The Times reported that the issue will be discussed again at the IFAB annual conference in March.
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp was asked about his opinion regarding the blue card, and admitted that he is not a big fan of the idea. Mesut Ozil tweeted: "Does this mean Atlético will only play with six players?"
