Former ski ace and popular TV expert becomes a mother for the first time. Tina Weirather gave birth to her first child on Sunday.

The son is named Lio and was born in Grabs Hospital. Both Weirather and her newborn are doing well, it is said. The 34-year-old had been commentating on ski races for Swiss Radio and only took a break from work almost three weeks ago. Weirather celebrated great success during her active career. In 2017 she became vice world champion in Super-G, and in 2018 she also won Olympic bronze in Super G.
