Eintracht Frankfurt has extended the long-term contract with striker Igor Matanovic. The center forward is currently on loan at Karlsruher SC and made his breakthrough with the Baden team.
So far this season, the 20-year-old has ten goals and three assists (as of March 15) “Igor has a great character. He is ambitious and has developed very well. We are happy that he will play for EintRacht in the long term. We showed him the path we would like to take together with him. Igor will be an integral part of our team from summer onwards,” Eintlacht sports director Markus Krösche is quoted as saying.
