Handball: France candidate to host the 2029 and 2031 World Cups with Germany. France hosted the IHF Men’s World Championship in 1970, in 2001 and in 2017.
Germany also won the gold medal during its last World Championship on home soil, in 2007. The Germans will already host the 30th edition of the World Cup in 2027. The response is expected on the 16 april. France is a candidate with Germany for the organization of the 20 29 and 20 31 IHF men's world championships.
