Horror fall at the Bobsleigh World Cup: Pusher is caught by a sled and has to undergo emergency surgery. Pusher Sandro Michel was thrown out of the four-man bobsleigh driven by pilot Michael Vogt and remained dazed in the ice track.
Pilot Vogt suffered a severe concussion and several bruises. The other two pushers, Dominik Hufschmid and Andreas Haas, escaped with minor injuries. The Bobsleight World Championship will take place from February 19th to March 3rd, 2024 in the Veltins Ice Arena in Winterberg.
