The victim, whose shoulder was dislocated, was hospitalized, while the arrested Lyon supporter, aged 27, is in police custody. A prefectural and ministerial decree prohibited people claiming to be supporters of Marseille from traveling to Décines, Meyzieu and Lyon until midnight on Sunday.
