Paris-Nice 2024 used a drone to film the cyclists during the third stage. It is the first time this has been used in a race organized by the Amaury Sport Organization (ASO) The public flies over the race from above, as if they were a bird above the runners.
Some are even calling for this device on the Tour de France this summer.. In 2022, the Kitzbühel ski descent also benefited from this camera system. The images were posted on the official X account (formerly Twitter) of the race.
