Jonathan Danty banned for five weeks for dangerous tackle on Italy. Danty will miss games against Wales, Oyonnax and the Champions Cup.

He will not be eligible to play again until April 2. The suspension means the French XV will be without two key players for the rest of the tournament. They are Romain Namack and Mathieu Jalibert, who will miss the games against Scotland and England. The French XV also lost to Italy in the Six Nations opener on Sunday.
