Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan. The midfielder's contract with the Sky Blues expires on 30 June 2023.
Gundogan is likely to demand a two-year contract, while Man City are only offering a one-year extension. The Germany international was able to lead his team to victory as captain with two sensational goals in the FA Cup final against Manchester United. Next Saturday (21 p.m.) the final in the UEFA Champions League will take place in Istanbul.
