In the English Premier League, the rule automatically applies to loans that those loaned players are not allowed to play against their parent club. Tuchel himself was coach of Chelsea FC in the Premier League from January 2021 to September 2022, so he did not concede any goals from loan players there. However, there is no such regulation in the German Bundesliga.
