The ski district cup season has started. The first race was attended by 285 young racers in great weather.
At least 13 drivers failed to finish, and ten athletes were disqualified because they made mistakes at the gate. Winners came from ten different clubs and divisions. Four riders within 16 hundredths of a second were at the top of the podium in their respective classes. The Murnau ski club achieved the most top-three placements in Ehrwald. TSV Weilheim, TSV Bernbeuren and DAV Peißenberg each achieved six podium places.
