Juan Carlos Osorio, a 41-year-old stagehand who worked at Redford Studios in Studio City in Hollywood, died yesterday (Tuesday) after falling while working on the set of Marvel Studios' "Wonder Man" series. Wonder Man, starring Yahya Abdul-Matin II, follows Simmons Williams.
His character in the comics is the descendant of a wealthy industrialist whose company lost out to Tony Stark's Stark Industries. The president of the International Union of Stage Employees said: "Everyone in the family of the stage employees is deeply shocked and pained by this tragic loss"
